Returns & Exchanges

All sales and orders are final. We do not provide refunds, or accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, this can only be done prior to your order being dispatched. Please contact us at hello@madebygeorge.com.au within 2 hours of your purchase.

Cancellation of your order/purchase will not be issued outside of this timeframe.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@madebygeorge.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your name, order number, a description and photos in your email. We take a lot of care when creating our products and inspect every item prior to it leaving our studio to ensure that each product is of the best of quality.
